Notice to Parents: If you are considering sending your child away to any school, do due diligence on the school, its owner, operator and staff. In some states, failure to do due diligence -- where a child is later abused -- is child abuse, and may be chargeable to you as a felony. Your child is one of your most precious responsibilities.
If your child is at a GULAG school, bring your child home. Then, immediately, have full medical tests taken of your child to diagnose any illnesses, signs of abuse, rashes, etc. Note any significant weight loss (or gain) and signs of "malnutrition. If medical tests are available that can measure a possible loss of mental functioning due to trauma, include these in the check-up. Then have your child write down everything that happened to them, beginning with the transfer to the facility, the first few days, and thereafter. Ask them to describe, in writing, what they saw, heard, and what personally happened to them. Type it up and get it notarized as a statement. Then file it in a safe place for possible future legal action.
If you have problems with getting the school to release your child to you, go to the school and take your child home.
You have an absolute right to take your child home with you.
If you get high pressured by "friends" or "staff" or "sold" on leaving your child there, remember that the welfare and safety of your child is your moral and legal responsibility. It cannot be delegated or assigned to the "school".
If you are still having problems getting your child out, get creative. A number of events would require your child at home such as: a death in the family, or a court appearance for DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol) that your child didn't take care of before they left.
Enroll the local authorities near the school in getting your child released to you. Say: "Here's the birth certificate. It's my child. I want my child released."
Hire a private detective to go to the school and help you get your child out.
Once you get your child home, listen to them, spend time listening to what they tell you about their experience.
If there is evidence of wrong-doing, child abuse or criminal conduct, go to your family lawyer and then to the authorities. These authorities may include: the U.S. Attorney, District Attorney, and Child Protective Services.
Don't expect tremendous enthusiasm from the authorities. Some of the stories of abuse in GULAG schools are shocking, to say the least, so they may not believe the stories.
Don't send your child back! No matter what!
Do your homework before you turn your child over to strangers!
