The War Will Be Won

Definition of a GULAG school:  One that abuses children, as defined by state child abuse laws and legal precedents in the home state of the child. Abuse is also anything that a social worker, police officer, caseworker, or Deputy Attorney believes is abuse and is treated as abuse under the law.

Winning the War

In order to win the war for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for teens, the following has to happen:

1. The war is Won when GULAG schools are put out of business, along with the people who run them. When the U.S. Congress joins the rest of the world in signing the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, and Federal and State authorities enforce it, this industry of child abuse will cease to exist. Only two other countries, including China, have failed to sign this human rights document protecting the civil and human rights of children.

2. The war is Won when every parent knows that if they knowingly send their teen to a GULAG school, they will be charged with child abuse.

3. The war is Won when the Federal and State Criminal authorities of the United States of America enforce the criminal law against parents (who knowingly send their children to these facilities), and the GULAG schools themselves. (In America, it's now a criminal act to rape or beat your wife. Children and teens should receive similar legal protections.)

4. The war is Won when parents are required to do "due dilligence" on any school they are thinking about sending their child to. If necessary, they will need to hire a private investigator, for a reasonable fee to check it out.

5. The war is Won when there are no teens who are homeless or hungry.

When we accomplish all of these things, then we will have won the war!
